Terms of Service
Core rules for using Hackwhiz, PhysicsLNZ, and Wyverno. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the site, you confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
- Do not share your credentials with third parties without permission.
- We may temporarily restrict or delete accounts for violations or suspected abuse.
- We may review aggregated usage statistics to keep the platform stable and secure.
3. Content and rights
- You keep rights to your content, but grant Hackwhiz a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it only to operate the service.
- You must have all rights and permissions for the content you upload, including explicit consent from any identifiable person.
- We may hide or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
- If you use Wyverno Studio, you understand that audio files and project data may be stored on our servers/in storage solely to provide Studio functionality (saving projects, editing, processing, and exporting results).
4. PhysicsLNZ service
PhysicsLNZ is an interactive physics simulation platform for educational and creative purposes. It allows users to create, save, and share physics-based projects and simulations.
- You can create projects with custom physics simulations and world settings.
- Projects can be set as public (visible to all users) or private (visible only to you).
- Public projects may be viewed and liked by other users.
- You retain ownership of your projects and can delete them at any time.
- By making a project public, you grant other users the right to view and interact with it on the platform.
- You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content as project previews or names.
- We reserve the right to remove projects that violate these terms or contain prohibited content.
5. Wyverno service description and intended use
Wyverno is an audio signal processing tool designed exclusively for music production and sound design. It analyzes technical audio parameters (such as equalization curves, dynamic range, and noise floor characteristics) from a reference recording and applies matching signal processing to a target recording.
- Wyverno does NOT generate, synthesize, clone, or reproduce human voices or speech.
- Wyverno does NOT create, modify, or process visual content of any kind (no images, no video).
- Wyverno does NOT perform voice conversion, voice impersonation, or any form of biometric identification.
- The service operates solely on audio signal characteristics (EQ, dynamics, noise gating) and does not extract, store, or model vocal identity or biometric features.
- Audio source separation (stem splitting) is provided as a utility for music producers to isolate instrument tracks for mixing purposes only.
- Wyverno Studio may store uploaded, generated, and exported audio files, as well as project data (for example, timeline structure, effect chains, and settings) only so that you can save, edit, and reprocess/re-export your projects.
- Audio data in Wyverno Studio is not used for model training, external analytics, or sharing with third parties; it is accessible only to the user who created the project.
6. Acceptable use and prohibited content
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose: audio engineering, music production, and sound design. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- No illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity, including hacking, DDoS, malware, or spam.
- No voice impersonations, voice cloning, or creating synthetic speech that mimics any real person.
- No creating deepfake audio, video, or images of any kind.
- No using the service to generate content that represents a real person's voice or likeness without that person's explicit, documented consent.
- No generating or processing content intended to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or mislead others.
- No processing audio recordings obtained without the knowledge and consent of all recorded parties, where such consent is required by applicable law.
- No attempting to use the service for biometric identification, voice profiling, or surveillance purposes.
- No attempting to bypass service restrictions, rate limits, or usage policies.
- No use of the service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party policies, including the Paddle Acceptable Use Policy.
7. User representations and warranties
By uploading content to Wyverno, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the audio content you upload.
- The content you upload does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- You will use the processed output only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms.
- You will not use the service output to impersonate, deceive, or misrepresent any person or entity.
8. Content moderation and enforcement
- We actively monitor for misuse and reserve the right to review uploaded content and processing outputs for compliance with these terms.
- Violation of the acceptable use policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
- We may report illegal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- If you become aware of any misuse of the service, please report it to us immediately via the contacts listed below.
9. Paid Wyverno service
- Wyverno is a paid audio signal processing service for music production and sound design. It is not intended for and must not be used for voice impersonation, voice cloning, or biometric identification.
- By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments while the subscription is active.
- Payments are processed by Paddle and may be subject to its terms.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in Wyverno settings; access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period.
- A 14-day refund period is provided from the first purchase or subscription start. Detailed information about refund conditions is described in the Privacy Policy.
